1. Always clean the cooling device of the loader to keep it in good working condition.
2. When the actuator of the loader does not work, unload the system in time.
3. When the working ambient temperature of the loader is lower than 10 ℃, the system shall run for 20 minutes under no-load condition, and then it can work only after the oil temperature rises to the specified value.
4. When the working environment temperature of the loader is higher than 30 ℃, the continuous operation time of the mixing bucket loader shall not exceed 4 hours.
5. Keep the amount of oil in the loader oil tank normal so that there is enough oil in the system for circulating cooling.
