How do small loaders operate?

The correct operation methods can be summarized as: one light, two stability, three separation, four diligence, five harmony and six prohibition.

During the operation of small loader, the heel is tightly against the cab floor, the foot plate is parallel to the accelerator pedal, and gently press the refueling pedal.

Keep the throttle steady during the operation of the small loader. Under normal operating conditions, the throttle opening should be about 70%.

Loaders often work on uneven construction sites. If their feet always step on the brake pedal, the body will move up and down, which will cause the driver to step on the brake pedal carelessly. Generally, it is necessary to control the engine condition and gear shift by controlling the throttle deceleration. This not only avoids the overheating of the braking system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the speed-up of the loader.

During the operation of the small loader, especially in the digging operation, the bucket shall be filled with materials by turning the lifting and turning the bucket operating lever in a cyclic manner under the condition of stable throttle. The cyclic pulling of lifting and turning bucket operating lever is the "diligence". This process is very important and has a great impact on fuel consumption.

Harmony is the organic cooperation between lifting and rotary bucket operating rod. The general digging process of small loader is to put the bucket flat on the ground and drive smoothly to the material pile. When the bucket shovels parallel to the material pile and encounters resistance, the principle of lifting the arm first and then retracting the bucket shall be followed. This can effectively avoid the resistance at the bottom of the bucket, and then give full play to the maximum digging force.

The first is to prohibit tire skidding. When a small loader is working, the oil filler door will often show the phenomenon of tire slip in case of resistance. This phenomenon is usually caused by improper operation of the driver, which increases fuel consumption and is dangerous.
